INTERIOR
White formica cabin house sides. Hand rubbed teak oil finish.
6'3' headroom with teak and holly sole throughout cabin area, all
hatches and hatch openings in sole banded in solid teak. White matte
finish below counter height, teak cabinetry above. Spun polyester
wrapped foam cushions with choice of fabrics. Zippered vinyl
headliner for access to deck hardware and wiring. Fiberglass
planking on hull sides of quarter berth and forecabin.
Forecabin 6'6'' long and 84" wide double "V' berth with
teak shelves and fiberglass planking on both sides. Double hanging
locker forward to starboard, lowered & cedar lined. Enclosed head
with shower and storage lockers.
Main Salon Teak storage lockers & bookshelf w/removable
fiddle - both sides. 6'6' settee berths, part and starboard with
storage bins. Port settee can be easily converted into 48" wide
double berth. Teak double drop leaf table with center storage and
s.s. hand rails. Two teak loop handrails in headliner, port &
starboard. Teak navigators desk with storage under lift top.
7'7' long and 34' wide quarter berth to starboard. Hinged cushion.
Galley Gimballed stainless steel two burner propane stove
w/oven & broiler. Stainless steel safety bar/towel rack. Stove
has formica cover. Large 6 cu- ft. ice box with poured foam
insulation, hinged lid and hand operated ice box pump out to
sink. Polished stainless steel double sink with electric pump
pressure fresh water & foot operated manual pump. Built-in waste
basket with laminated chopping block lid. Food and dish storage
lockers and drawers.
PLUMBING
Two water tanks w/inspection ports, approx. 75 gal. (284 Itr.)
total. Hot and cold pressure fresh water system for galley, head and
shower. Manual water foot pumps in head & galley. Six gallon hot
water heater from engine heat exchanger or shore power. Bronze
thru-hull fittings with U.L. approved bronze seacocks below the
waterline, and bronze ball valves above waterline. All thru-hull
hose connections are double hose clamped. Marine head with 16 gal.
holding tank and manual overboard pumpout. Electric shower sump pump
with overboard discharge. Electric automatic bilge pump with
Ultra float switch. 25 GPM manual bilge pump in cockpit
operable by helmsman.
ENGINE
Yanmar 3JH2E, three cylinder, 38 hp diesel with fresh water
cooling and 55 amp alternator. Dome light in engine room. Clear
covered engine control panel in cockpit with tachometer, engine and
engine condition indicators. Engine hour meter below deck. Removable
37 gallon (140 Itr.) aluminum fuel tank with gauge and cleaning
port [32 gallon (1 21 ltr.) fuel tank with shoal draft keel]. Mechanical
fuel pump, electric back up fuel pump. Racor fuel filter
with water separator. Seawater strainer bulkhead mounted and
water lift muffler system. Two blade solid bronze propeller.
ELECTRICAL
AC/DC master power control panel with AC ammeter, AC
voltmeter, polarity test circuit, six AC circuit breakers, DC
ammeter, battery condition monitor and sixteen DC circuit breakers.
Panel is hinged for easy access and located at navigation station.
Tinned copper wiring throughout. 110 Volt shore power system.
Two deep cycle marine batteries (95 amps ea.) in port cockpit
locker. Four position battery switch. Two fluorescent lights
in main salon. Nine dome lights. Six reading lights. Chart light at
navigation station. Six 110 Volt AC duplex receptacles with
GFI protection. RG-213U coaxial antenna cable led from masthead to
navigators table.
COCKPIT
6'-5' long seats with contoured seat backs and seat
drains. Coamings have two built-in winch handle boxes. Two cockpit
seat lockers for storage. Stem lazarette hatch and vented propane
locker for two tanks. One 5 gallon/20 pound propane tank
(empty). Two safety harness pad eyes. Whitlock
single lever pedestal wheel steering with brake and offset stainless
steel pedestal guard, engine throttle controls and emergency
tiller. Removable cockpit sole w/neoprene gasket seal, finger pulls,
and four bronze retainers for access to engine, steering and packing
gland. Two 1-1/2' drains in cockpit sole to seacocks for fast
self-bailing.
SPARS AND RIGGING
Aluminum spars with two part linear polyurethane paint. Six sheave
masthead, external halyards, airfoil spreaders. Combination
bow/foredeck light on mast. Anchor light on masthead. Internal
conduit with VHF coax cable and wires. Two single line reefs, reef
homs at gooseneck. Internal 2:1 outhaul, adjustable boom topping lift
and Cunningham. 4:1 Harken block and tackle boom
vang. 1/4' - 1 xl 9 s.s. standing rigging. Color coded dacron running
rigging. Forged chrome bronze open body turnbuckles. All Harken
blocks.
